Wojciech Ogórek

Wojtek has many years of experience in the IT field. He has been working in IT for over 20 years, including 15 years in the financial sector. He has worked at ING Bank Śląski (where he was responsible for all matters related to AI implementation), HSBC, and Vodeno, among others. He has held both expert and leadership roles. At BNP Paribas Bank, from May 2023 through the end of 2025, he served in a dual role as Chief Architect and Product Owner. Together with his team, he was responsible for ensuring architectural consistency across all areas of the bank and for bridging the gap between business and technology perspectives. In 2024, he was named “People Leader 2024” in the IT Manager of Tomorrow competition. He holds an Executive MBA from Kozminski University.

In January 2026, he assumed the position of Tribe Lead – Tribe Data & AI.
