Michał Heromiński

Legal Counsel. For over a dozen years, he has advised on capital transactions, technology projects, and ventures at the intersection of law, business, and new technologies, including in sectors with heightened regulatory requirements. He advises investment funds, private and public companies, and entities with State Treasury participation.
In his practice, he combines experience in corporate law, transactions, and corporate governance with issues related to intellectual property, new technologies, and white-collar crime. He also advises on projects related to media, marketing, the use and commercialization of content, and intellectual property rights.
