Marcin Ratkiewicz

Marcin is the Director of Orange Innovation Poland, a research, development and innovation unit within the Orange Group. He leads a team of 300 highly qualified experts, engineers and specialists who develop and implement cutting-edge solutions in the areas of telecom networks, ICT, data and artificial intelligence, cloud, IoT and TV services.
With more than 20 years of experience in the ICT and telecom sectors, Marcin combines in-depth technical knowledge with an excellent understanding of business needs and market dynamics. He plays a strategic role in translating new technologies into scalable, value-generating solutions for both the Polish market and the Orange Group as a whole.
He holds a Master's degree in Computer Science and Telecommunications Networks from the Warsaw University of Technology and a degree in Management and Finance from the Warsaw School of Economics. He is also a graduate of the Leadership Academy for Poland.
Marcin actively works with industry, academia and startups to accelerate innovation and support sustainable business development.
