Marcin Ratkiewicz

Marcin is the Director of Orange Innovation Poland—a research, development, and innovation unit within the Orange Group. He leads a team of 300 highly qualified experts, engineers, and specialists who develop and implement state-of-the-art solutions in the areas of telecommunications networks, ICT, data and artificial intelligence, cloud computing, IoT, and television services.
With over 20 years of experience in the ICT and telecommunications sectors, Marcin combines in-depth technical knowledge with an excellent understanding of business needs and market dynamics. He plays a strategic role in translating new technologies into scalable, value-generating solutions for both the Polish market and the entire Orange Group.
He holds a master’s degree in computer science and telecommunications networks from the Warsaw University of Technology and has completed studies in management and finance at the Warsaw School of Economics. He is also a graduate of the Leadership Academy for Poland.
Marcin actively collaborates with industry, academia, and startups to accelerate innovation and support sustainable business growth.
