Marcin Molczyk

Marcin Molczyk — an entrepreneur and IT manager with 25 years of experience, founder and CEO of headsApp, a technology company that develops solutions for business and the media. He began his career as a multimedia designer at Agora, and for years has been working at the intersection of technology and new media—providing technological support for leading Polish media projects, including Kanał Zero, Kanał Sportowy, and Weszło. Co-founder of Kocham Travel—Poland’s first AI travel agent selling trips from tour operators. A graduate of PJATK—holding a bachelor’s degree in engineering, a master’s degree, and an MBA. In his work, he combines an engineer’s perspective with business acumen: he’s interested in the difference between AI in presentations and AI that’s actually useful on a Monday morning.
