Maciej Tąkiel

Director of Innovation at the international law firm Greenberg Traurig, where he is responsible for
innovation in the legal market, business development, strategic initiatives, pro bono work, and
communications in Poland and the region. He has fifteen years of experience in the legal sector,
with a particular focus on capital markets and mergers and acquisitions. Director of the “
” Postgraduate Program “AI Leader in Digital Transformation,” organized by the Polish-Japanese
Academy of Computer Technology in collaboration with Microsoft.
Executive MBA graduate. Academic lecturer, conference speaker, and expert with the
Working Group on Artificial Intelligence at the Ministry of Digital Affairs. Editor of *Artificial Intelligence
and Legal Technologies in Law Firms*, published by Wolters Kluwer—the first publication
on legal innovation in Poland. Recipient of the Warsaw Stock Exchange
Chairman’s Award for the Best Doctoral Dissertation in Poland.
He is actively involved in promoting innovation and the development of modern technologies in
the professional services sector. His work focuses on combining practical legal knowledge
with modern business tools, which allows him to create effective and
innovative solutions for clients.
