Agnieszka Bierawska

Agnieszka Bierawska has served as Director of People & Culture at Wirtualna Polska Media since June 2023. She is an experienced HR expert with over 20 years of professional experience at large Polish and international companies. She previously served as HR Director at CD Projekt RED and Alior Bank, and also helped build HR structures at mBank, MetLife, and General Electric. She holds a degree in sociology from the University of Gdańsk and has completed a number of courses and postgraduate programs. She is a professional coach and mentor and teaches classes for students at the Warsaw University of Technology Business School.
