Agnieszka Bierawska

Director of the People & Culture Division at Wirtualna Polska;
is responsible for the HR area at Wirtualna Polska since June 2023. She is an experienced HR expert with over 20 years of professional experience in large Polish and international companies. She served as HR Director at CD Projekt RED, Alior Bank, and built HR structures also at mBank, Metlife and General Electric. She graduated from sociology at the University of Gdansk and completed a number of courses and postgraduate studies. She is a professional coach and mentor, and teaches MBA students at the Warsaw University of Technology Business School.
