Renata Zalewska


Renata Zalewska has worked as a legal advisor to Microsoft for 15 years. In her professional practice she deals with legal issues related to personal data protection, cyber security, cloud computing services. She supports Microsoft's legal analysis related to the introduction of new technological solutions using artificial intelligence.
Ms. Renata also specializes in regulations for the financial sector related to the implementation of new technologies by supervised entities (DORA, recommendations and guidelines of supervisory authorities).
Previously, Renata Zalewska was a legal advisor to Dell and CA Technologies, coordinating legal support for companies in Central and Eastern Europe. Ms. Renata is a founding member of the Polish Association of Corporate Lawyers and belongs to the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw. Renata Zalewska is a frequent speaker at events related to artificial intelligence regulation, responsible AI and the application of artificial intelligence tools in legal practice. She is a co-author of the publication "AI at the Work of Legal Advisors" published by the National Chamber of Legal Advisors and a lecturer at the first postgraduate studies for AI leaders in digital transformation in Poland, organized by the Polish-Japanese Academy of Computer Technology.
