Marcin Ratkiewicz

Marcin Ratkiewicz is Director of Orange Innovation Poland - a key unit for Orange Group innovation, uniting 300 highly qualified experts, engineers and specialists. He spearheads work on the creation and implementation of breakthrough solutions and products in the areas of Telco, ICT, DATA & AI, Cloud, IoT and TV. Marcin has more than 20 years of experience in the ICT and telecommunications sector, where he passionately combines technological vision with market needs.

Marcin is a graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology, where he earned a master's degree in IT and telecommunications networks, and the Warsaw School of Economics, where he focused on management and finance. He is also an active mentor at the Leadership Academy for Poland, where he has been supporting the development of leaders by sharing his knowledge and experience for more than five years.

His intellectual interests include the natural sciences, sociology and anthropology, which further enriches his perspective on sustainability and innovation.
