Ewa Krupa
Ewa Krupa is the Director of Culture and Development at Orange. She is responsible for the strategic development of employees' and managers' competencies, digital development transformation tools and the company's recruitment standards and employer image. She also manages communications, culture and employee innovation.
Member of the Council of the Broad Alliance for Digital Literacy of Poles. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw.
A promoter of corporate "rebels," she is an enthusiastic and imaginative leader of programs to strengthen diversity and innovation at Poland's largest telecommunications operator. She believes that the key to an organization's success lies in the creativity and commitment of employees and in harnessing the potential of new technologies to bring out the best in people.
Privately, a mother of 3 children, with whom she shares her passions and joy of life. She runs marathons, is a vegetarian and an ambassador for sustainability.
